1. Online Booking

• Once your booking is successful, you'll receive an SMS with a download link for your E-ticket.
• You can also access your ticket anytime from your Ticket List.
• By showing your Booking ID at the office, you will receive printed tickets.

2. Offline Booking

• Tickets can also be booked and collected directly at the venue through offline payment at the ticket counters.
• Visit the authorized ticket counter and provide your mobile number or Booking ID to book tickets on-site.

3. Ticket Collection

• Visit the ticket office at the venue with your Booking ID or SMS confirmation.
• The staff will print and hand over your physical tickets.
• Printed tickets must be carried to the game counters for entry.

4. Entry & Verification

• Please take a printout of your ticket at the office and proceed to the game counters for entry.
• Your ticket will be scanned and verified by an agent to allow access to the game zone.
• No digital or printed ticket = No entry.
