Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing tickets.

1. No Refunds on Rides and Tickets

All sales are final. Once a ride ticket or combo package is purchased, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases where the ride is non-operational due to technical issues.

2. Ride Closures

If a ride is temporarily closed due to weather, maintenance, or safety concerns, we may offer an alternative ride or reschedule the experience at our discretion. No refunds will be issued for temporary ride closures.

3. Online Bookings

In case of accidental duplicate transactions during online booking, please contact us immediately at the provided support details. Refunds for such cases will be reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days, if applicable.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event hosted by EFOUR Eluru is cancelled by us, guests will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to reschedule their visit.

5. No-Shows and Cancellations by Guests

Failure to attend your scheduled ride or activity, or cancellations made by you, do not qualify for a refund. Please ensure your availability before booking.
